Custom Size Area Rugs
Want a wool area rug, but none of the standard sizes is quite right? No problem. All of our tufted wools can be made into custom sizes. The only limitation is the roll width of the material you select (in most cases, 13' 2"). And because all of our rugs—even the standard sizes—are made to order, custom rugs don't take any longer.
You can price out (and order) custom size rugs directly on our site. Just go to the page with the weave that interests you, and click the “Make a Rug" button next to Custom Size. Then, just enter the rug's dimensions and let our custom rug wizard calculate the price. If you click “Add to Cart," you can see what it's going to cost to ship your custom rug by viewing the shopping cart.
Please keep in mind that your custom rug's measurements must be in whole inches—in other words, a measurement of 6 feet and 1-1/2 inches would need to be rounded down to 6' 1" or rounded up to 6' 2". Note also that price quotes are calculated based on the most economical use of material—so if you need multiple rugs or have specific weave direction requirements, we encourage you to contact us .
Finally, keep in mind that our tufted wool area rugs must be square or rectangular (no ovals or other unusual shapes), and the factory cannot do cut-outs or clipped corners.
Wall-to-Wall Installation
Our tufted wool floor coverings are available as broadloom for wall-to-wall installation. We just sell the stuff, so consult a professional installer for technical advice, including how much material to order for proper installation. With their jute backing, our wool weaves can be installed via direct glue-down or stretched over a pad. Again, consult your installer for technical advice.
Important: If you purchase broadloom material for installation, be sure to inspect and measure the material before you (or your installer) cut or alter it in any way. Once the material has been cut or installed, we cannot accept returns, claims or consider allowances.
