You can price out custom sizes on the individual weave pages: just click a swatch and fill in the details to get the price. You can order from there or start over with a different rug.

We offer trade pricing to interior designers and architects. Quote requests must be faxed to us on company letterhead—and include Tax ID or resale certification—and the purchase must be made through the firm. Our “free freight" offer for area rugs does not apply.


Orders can be placed online using our shopping cart and secure check-out, or you can call us with your order during our business hours. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is processed at the time you order unless other arrangements have been made.


All of our floor coverings ship directly from the suppliers' factories. Your order's estimated time of arrival (ETA) is determined by stock availability, production times and delivery service schedules. We will update you with the information our factories give us, but please note that once your order has shipped, there is little we can do to control the schedule of the truck drivers.

Below is a breakdown of estimated production times—assuming the materials you select are in stock at the time you place your order. (Add another 2-10 business days for shipping via UPS or another 1-2 weeks for delivery by common carrier, depending upon the destination.) Please note that any production or delivery time frame we provide is a good faith estimate only. Curran FLOOR is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

If the material you select is in stock at the time you place your order, the goods will ship from the appropriate factory within 2-3 business days of the order date. Shipping time depends upon the destination.

RUSH ORDERS (Premium Sisal Area Rugs)

Production of our Premium Sisal rugs can be rushed for a fee. The cost depends upon the type of binding application: for rugs finished with standard lapped corners, the "hot rush" production charge is 10% of the rug's price or $100, whichever is greater. For rugs finished with mitered corners (including all leather- and suede-bound rugs), the cost is 10% of the rug's price, minimum $200.

A "hot rush" cuts the production time of a rug with lapped corners to 2-3 business days. For rugs finished with mitered corners, the "hot rush" production time is 5-7 business days. Note: Expedited shipping is not included in the rush charge.


We offer free freight on all area rugs shipped within the continental U.S. Shipping charges apply to all broadloom and orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Our floor coverings ship via UPS or by commercial carrier, depending on the size, quantity and weight of the order. In general, rugs up to 8' 6" wide ship via UPS with signature required at delivery. Rugs (and broadloom) wider than 8' 6" ship by commercial carrier, and the freight service will contact you to once your order has reached its destination terminal, to schedule a delivery window.

*Inside Delivery
We specify "inside delivery" for all shipments by commercial carrier to residential addresses. Please note: Inside delivery means that the driver is required to take the shipment inside the first dry area only, not up stairs or into an elevator, and not into a specific room. If your order shows up and the driver refuses to move the shipment beyond the curb, tell him or her that inside delivery was specified. If the driver does not cooperate, please call us immediately, while the driver is still there— sometimes there's been a miscommunication between the driver and dispatcher.

Note: You are responsible for verifying building access and for clearance measurements of doors and entryways. Delivery fees are non-refundable should the ordered items not fit through these areas—so measure carefully before placing your order!

*Residential Delivery
If you request delivery to a residential address, please note that the truck will arrive with just one driver, so you may need to arrange to have someone on hand to help unload the shipment. The driver is not responsible for clearing away packaging, or for unpacking or unrolling rugs. If these are services you need, please contact us— we would be happy to get a price quote from the freight company to add more manpower or services.

*Important: Inspect your order before signing for delivery. Inspect your shipment for damage while the driver is still there, verify that the order is complete, and document any shortages or damage on the freight bill. If in doubt, write "pending inspection" next to your signature. Make a note of any rips in the packaging. Shipments that are obviously damaged should be refused.

Keep in mind that if there is damage, simply signing your name without including written comments about the damage is the equivalent of your stating that your delivery arrived in perfect condition— and the carrier will not honor a damage claim. So we encourage you to make a note of anything that doesn't seem right.

Broadloom orders: If you've ordered loose binding or broadloom material for wall-to-wall installation, be sure to inspect and measure the material *before* you (or your installer) cuts or alters it in any way. Once the material has been cut or installed, we cannot accept returns, claims or consider allowances.

Finally, call us immediately if your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. Hang on to the packaging, too— you may need it to ship the damaged rug back, or it may need to be inspected by a claims investigator. We'll let you know what to expect.


Because all of our rugs are custom made to order, and all raw yardage custom cut, we cannot take returns, no exceptions. Measure your space carefully, and get swatches before you place your order.

If there is a defect with your rug or yardage when it arrives, please let us know immediately. Stains or slight warpage of natural fiber rugs over time cannot be considered defects. If you've hired an installer, we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes he or she might make (see the note about broadloom orders above).

We can ship to any country in the world. Simply email us your cart and we will send you back via email an invoice showing all applicable taxes, freight, duties etc along with a credit card authorization form which is to be filled out and returned to use via email or fax. Once we have your payment information we will process your order. Please note that none of our cleaning or care products can be shipped outside of the USA.
