Charleston features a handloomed, 100% New Zealand cut-pile wool construction that is luxurious underfoot. With a heather appearance, this weave is available in five natural, undyed colors that will warm up living rooms, bedrooms, and other cozy spaces. Area rugs are finished with machine or hand-serging using the same wool that the face of the product is made with.
Broadloom for wall-to-wall installation costs $185 per square yard. The roll width is 13' 6". For more information or to create a custom rug, see our rug builder below. Please note: for custom orders under 35 square feet, please contact our customer service team to receive a quote. All of our wool rugs are custom-made to order. Freight is free with all rug orders.
Note: This handloomed weave is best as an area rug. Stretch installation and cutting and seaming are not recommended for this artisan weave. If used in a wall-to-wall installation, we recommend that you consult with your certified local flooring installer prior to confirming any project. Please see Installation Guidelines for more information. In addition, we recommend ordering a swatch sample prior to installation and provide this material to the installer working on the specific space.

The Natural Choice — Environmentally Friendly.
Fine quality, all natural wool offers numerous advantages when used in flooring. It has been the standard in floor covering for centuries and represents all the qualities that synthetic fibers try to emulate. We use only the finest wools from around the world, which provide all the benefits that wool has to offer. When you are ready to make an investment in your home, consider the following:
Wool is a biodegradable natural fiber and one of the most environmentally forgiving flooring products.
Wool is a renewable product and therefore has less impact on the environment.
SUSTAINABLE LIFE CYCLE
Wool has a longer life cycle than other fibers resulting in a smaller environmental footprint.
Wool is a non-allergenic fiber and does not promote the growth of bacteria and dust mites, or gives off harmful emissions.
Wool cleans better and won't soil quickly due to its natural soil resistance, making chemical stain protection treatments unnecessary.
Wool fibers absorb and neutralize polluting gases such as formaldehyde, sulfur dioxide, and nitrous oxides.
