Wool Handloomed Installation Guidelines
Note: This handloomed weave is best as an area rug. Stretch installation and cutting and seaming are not recommended for this artisan weave. If used in a wall-to-wall installation, we recommend that you consult with your certified local flooring installer prior to confirming any project. Please see Installation Guidelines for more information. In addition, we recommend ordering a swatch sample prior to installation and provide this material to the installer working on the specific space.
LEAD TIME
Broadloom: 3-5 business days, plus transit
Area Rugs: 2-3 weeks, plus transit (for Hand Serged rugs, lead time is 4-6 weeks)
Production Rush: not available for this weave

METHOD
Standard/ Curbside Delivery: Standard curbside delivery means your rug will be delivered by one driver to the curb or to your driveway. The driver is not responsible for carrying your rug into your home or office, unpacking the rug, unrolling it or clearing away packaging. Curbside delivery on all orders is FREE. If you need additional services, consider Enhanced Delivery.
Oversized Rugs: For oversized items, we recommend enhanced delivery service, by appointment.
Enhanced Delivery: This service offers various levels of inside delivery options which may include the following:
over the threshold delivery
placement in the room of the customer’s choice (including up or down one flight of stairs)
unpacking
removal of packaging
assembly and placement of the items
We are happy to provide a quote upon request, taking into account the delivery address and service level preferred. Please state the best delivery contact name and phone number when checking out as the delivery company will need a valid contact number to reach you. Someone must be present at the time of delivery.
