What makes EarthSISAL™ so unique?
The backing.
Instead of chemical adhesives and latex, EarthSISAL™ is secured with a felt backing made from kenaf, hemp, and recycled sisal from wholesale coffee sacks. The felted backing is mechanically needle punched onto the sisal fabric: no need for adhesives or latex. Not only does this backing create built-in padding, it provides thermal and sound insulation.
