Year after year, Contract Coir is one of our most popular weaves for our store design clients. It is a chunky, durable coir-sisal blend. The sisal gives the weave more stability than coir has on its own, so you can use it for just about anything. Contract Coir is perfect for high traffic retail or office environments as it wears like iron and doesn't show dirt.

Contract Coir is also available in tiles and is just as durable and really easy to install.

Broadloom for wall-to-wall installation costs $82 per square yard. The roll width is 13' 2". For more information or to create a custom rug, see rug builder below. Freight is free with all rug orders.

Installation Guidelines

LEAD TIME

Broadloom: 3-5 business days, plus transit
Area Rugs: 2-3 weeks, plus transit
Production Rush: 3-5 business days, plus transit (upcharge applies)

METHOD

Standard/ Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery on all orders is FREE. Please note that the truck will arrive with just one driver, so you may need to arrange to have someone on hand to help unload the shipment. The driver is not responsible for clearing away packaging, or for unpacking.

Oversized Rugs: For oversized items, we recommend enhanced delivery service, by appointment.

Enhanced Delivery: This service offers various levels of inside delivery options which may include the following:

over the threshold delivery
placement in the room of the customer’s choice (including up or down one flight of stairs)
unpacking
removal of packaging
assembly and placement of the items

We are happy to provide a quote upon request, taking into account the delivery address and service level preferred. Please state the best delivery contact name and phone number when checking out as the delivery company will need a valid contact number to reach you. Someone must be present at the time of delivery.
