Elevate your space with the clean, stylish look of Montlake, one of our anywhere weaves that is designed for residential or light contract use indoors or outdoors. This weave is extra wide, so it is great for larger areas or rooms. And worrying about spills and cleaning is a thing of the past with this UV-resistant polypropylene weave.
For indoor use, Montlake can be bound with cotton, linen, leather or finished with a serged edge. We recommend a rug pad when using this product indoors. As an outdoor custom rug, this weave should be serged for a clean style and durable finish.

Notes About Unbacked Polypropylene
Stair Runners: Unbacked polypropylene carpet is not recommended for use as stair treads or stair runners. Twisted yarns are susceptible to snagging and sprouting over time.
Seams: Unbacked polypropylene carpet is complex and seaming should only be considered when working with specialized installers. Due to the absence of backing, the integrity of the weave can become compromised if careful attention is not given during cutting and seaming.

METHOD
Standard/ Curbside Delivery: Standard curbside delivery means your rug, carpet, or tile order will be delivered by one driver to the curb or the driveway. The driver is not responsible for carrying your item into your home or office, unpacking it, unrolling it or clearing away packaging. Curbside delivery on all orders is FREE. If you need additional services, consider Enhanced Delivery.
Oversized Rugs: For oversized items, we recommend enhanced delivery service, by appointment.
Enhanced Delivery: This service offers various levels of inside delivery options which may include the following:
over the threshold delivery
placement in the room of the customer’s choice (including up or down one flight of stairs)
unpacking
removal of packaging
assembly and placement of the items
We are happy to provide a quote upon request, taking into account the delivery address and service level preferred. Please state the best delivery contact name and phone number when checking out as the delivery company will need a valid contact number to reach you. Someone must be present at the time of delivery.
