Standard/ Curbside Delivery: Standard curbside delivery means your rug, carpet, or tile order will be delivered by one driver to the curb or the driveway. The driver is not responsible for carrying your item into your home or office, unpacking it, unrolling it or clearing away packaging. Curbside delivery on all orders is FREE. If you need additional services, consider Enhanced Delivery.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SISAL TILES: A minimum tile order of 4 or more cases will ship on a pallet via a freight truck. You can request a liftgate at the time of delivery for an upcharge. Each case weighs 60 lbs with a 50 lbs pallet. Remember, Standard Delivery delivers the item to your curb or driveway, not into your home or office. Please consider Enhanced Delivery if you cannot easily or safely handle the tile cases.
Oversized Rugs: For oversized items, we recommend enhanced delivery service, by appointment.
Enhanced Delivery: This service offers various levels of inside delivery options which may include the following:
over the threshold delivery
placement in the room of the customer’s choice (including up or down one flight of stairs)
removal of packaging
assembly and placement of the items
We are happy to provide a quote upon request, taking into account the delivery address and service level preferred. Please state the best delivery contact name and phone number when checking out as the delivery company will need a valid contact number to reach you. Someone must be present at the time of delivery.
Any additional services? Please make a note during checkout of any needs that are above and beyond the enhanced delivery description, and we will gladly give you a quote. Examples include:
carry up (no elevator)
shifting and moving of any personal furniture
